About AskRobots

AskRobots is one workspace for your projects, tasks, files, notes, contacts, messages and publishing, with AI that works on those real things instead of a blank chat box.

What it is for

Most people keep their work in a dozen tools that do not know about each other. AskRobots keeps it in one place, so a question like “which contacts on the Houston project have gone quiet?” can be answered from your own projects, notes and messages.

How it uses AI

• The AI shell and agents work with your workspace: they find, summarise, draft and file, and you decide what is sent or changed.
• You choose the model: current Claude and OpenAI models, and others, from your settings. Usage is billed from your wallet at the provider's price.
• Other AI tools can work with your workspace through MCP, with your permission.

Open source

The same people publish open-source software at github.com/askrobots: the DBBASIC object server (a small, fast server for your own records, files and apps) and Network Computer (your own computer in the cloud, reached from a phone, tablet or browser).
